Starkick

Welcome to SDJFC Starkick Program!

The Starkick Program promotes inclusion, equality and opportunity. The program is supported by the WAFC and AFL and research programs continue to be run by Curtin University investigating the benefits the Starkick Program as on mental, physical, social and personal development of all participants.

Starkick caters for children who by circumstances or choice are unable to join into the club's existing football programs.  Children who may need extra support or time to achieve their football goals are supported by a team of volunteers.

Starkick aims to cater for all disabilities and runs by a simple mantra, "If you want to play, we will find a way!"

Youth Integrated League

The Youth Integrated League is a football development program that bridges the gap between Starkick and the Senior Integrated Football Competition, and is aligned with the Junior Football model. It offers a competitive and organised setting for young athletes to further develop their football talents — all while ensuring an inclusive and encouraging environment for every player.

The Youth Integrated League provides an opportunity for older Starkickers (aged 13-18) to compete in Modified games against other Starkick Centres.

Sorrento Duncraig have joined with Joondalup Kinross JFC to form the Northern All Stars.
